Warranty

OEM Plus Auto Tops, Inc. offers a five (5) year manufacturers warranty on all listed convertible Tops and Headliners. Warranty cycle starts from the day the convertible Top or Headliner is shipped from the factory.
Before starting installation, inspect Top or Headliner of any marks, defects or damages. We recommend to protect the plastic or glass window from getting damaged during install.
Labor/Install Compensation; Eighteen (18) months labor (re-install) account credit of $50.00 an hour install time.
Warranty Covers
Discoloration or shrinkage of topping or headlining materials.
Stitching or heat-seal seams coming apart.

Return Policy

Return Authorization number will be required on all returns.In order to receive exchange or credit, you must notify us within 30 days of purchase. All factory color return items will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. Top or Headliner must be carefully packaged in the same manner as it was received. Damages caused by improper installation is not the responsibility of the manufacturer. Exchange or credit will not be allowed unless this policy is followed. Convertible Top plastic windows are not guaranteed after installation. Special custom ordered colors are not returnable.
